Configuration design

Give the span, the hub elevation difference, the seabed level and the clearance you need under the belly. Every feasible seven-segment geometry on a grid, inside the range the model was trained on, is enumerated, predicted with the strength surrogate, and ranked against your target unity. Runs as a background job; a few hundred candidates take about a minute.

Enumeration
Symmetric (case 1) and asymmetric (case 2) shoulders, kept inside the model's training ranges
Model
BiLSTM v4 on CPU · transformer after unity validation
Scope
Research tool · verify the chosen configuration by FEA

System variables and pipe section

Hub tolerances

installation misalignment, hub 1 then hub 2

End expansion and settlement

imposed end displacements
